The tech was very helpful and explained everything to me. The only disappointment I have is that you don’t have internet coverage at my address yet so that I can bundle.

The two guys that work at the Altoona Verizon store are the most knowledgeable and helpful workers that we have ever worked with. My husband purchased an iPhone for our son for his birthday from the Jordan Creek location. Not only was it not activated, but there was a deal going on that my husband was never offered. That deal would’ve given us a 15 rather than the 14 we got. The men in Altoona activated the phone and informed us that we were eligible for the newer phone. Why neither of those things happened at the Jordan Creek location is beyond me. We will never, and I mean NEVER, go anywhere but the Verizon Altoona to purchase or get help with our phones. I strongly recommend this store and the men that work there.

Amazing experience and outrageous customer service! These guys really rock! Walked in there with a non-working phone - came out 10 minutes later with service restored, no charge. Ray was my tech and he knew exactly how to resolve the issue. Definitely recommend this location.

I definitely prefer this store. I come here specifically from Ankeny because of how friendly and helpful everyone is. Ray is super personable and professional, not to mention efficient in helping with even the most annoying problems. By far my favorite associate! I didn't feel like I was just another annoying customer here. Definitely come here if you can! Thanks guys, for all your help!! ? ?
