I go in to do some shopping. Unfortunately, a lot of these sporting goods stores don't carry long pants as I'm 6'4". I continued to grab 7 pairs of pants and the employee tells me if you like them we can order them in the long. Perfect right? Nope. They wouldn't even let me use the dressing room. They just lost about a $500 sale bc they said they were too "short-staffed" as 1 employee was at the register and the other 2 were just gossiping in the corner... completely outrageous. I highly urge you TO NEVER shop here as that was a short, simple, yet very frustrating experience (bc I went to Nike next who did the exact same thing to me!

Wouldn't warranty exchange a pair of shoes that are less than 30 days old that had a shoelace loop rip out because I don't have the original box. Do people really keep their shoe boxes for the life of their shoes? Less than 30 days old! Lots of previous purchases but I guess that stops now.

This place, while expensive under normal circumstances, runs great sales pretty frequently. I'm a big fan of the cotton blend workout shirts and their loose fit shorts. Overall, a decent brand of clothing. I don't recommend their shoes though, they break down fast. Their cleats are ok for a season, but beyond that... I wouldn't recommend them overall.

Horrible customer service! Manager said that the shoes I haven't worn for more than 2 weeks had "normal" wear and tear, but the bottom was falling off of them on a portion of the shoe. If that's normal wear and tear that says everything I need to know about the quality of their merchandise. This store needs new management because this guy is as unprofessional as I've ever dealt with.

This is the fourth order and the wrong order received, had to be sent back, received again, then in one case never given to the person because it was late and had to buy a different gift. In this last situation it was two items, same thing, different color. Had to send back because the wrong item of the wrong color was sent. CHEFAN helped an apologized but really didn't care if my business stayed with them. I will NEVER shop with Under Armour again and will post on all sights and let people know my experiences. I've only visited a few times, but each time, this store looked pretty neat and organized. The checkout process was fairly smooth, and the one online pickup I had went well as well. The prices can be a bit stiff, but sometimes there are favorable promotions.The discount for service members, veterans, teachers, healthcare workers, and first responders is also a nice touch.
