I came to farrell’s for a couple reasons but mainly for myself to be better. I have friends that went through the 10 week challenge so I decided to do it as well. It’s been a challenge but a good one and it is very much like a family. Everyone is very supportive of each other regardless of where you are at in your journey.

I felt very welcomed when I first started. The instructors and coaches are very good on helping me get in rhythm with my punches. I recommend anyone who always wanted to just “try it”. It boosted my confidence and can’t wait for this new journey.

Love the challenge that each workout provides! I have made several friends over the years who attend regularly and hold me accountable for getting to the gym. We have the best instructors who motivate me to keep it going!
