The stylist that cut my hair absolutely butchered my beard. The neck line up was so crooked it could have been a politician. It was cut uneven and just all around terrible.
I immediately went to the Brownsburg location and they fixed it. My beard looks amazing now, I’m just glad they could salvage it.

I have recently gotten a haircut from here and was mostly disappointed by hair cut. I asked that they cut the side and the back, not the front but ended with pretty horrible hair basically when I asked to cut the back mentioned and pointed to the fluffy hair that was going off my neck and asked to cut the fluffy excess hair halfway but they ended up cutting the whole thing off. the next issue is I only asked to cut the sides and back but they ended up cutting half of my front hair off even though I didn't ask to get it cut.

Very clean, no wait time (I did come in on Monday afternoon. The hairdresser was quick and friendly. Overall a positive experience, but I would suggest that you know what length you want your hair before you go in.

I have curly hair so it's harder to cut. The staff is nice and gets the job done well except for a little tugging.

Easy check-in online and accurate communication via app as to when to head to salon, making our wait very short! Staff kind and courteous, greeted us as we entered. Great with adult and kiddo cuts. No frills, exactly what we were looking for.

Absolutely fantastic. Amanda did amazing as always. I only come here because of her. We went and there were only 2 people working- Amanda and another woman. Great Clips just got a new owner or were bought, and everyone quit except Amanda and the other woman working. They both are working every single day, from open to close with no other help. Be kind to these women. They're providing you an optional service. You truly do not need a hair cut to live.
