Paige is amazingly nice and patient! We went in there the twice today to get cashier check! First time we didn’t have all the infos and she told us and when we finally get it and it’s only 15 minutes away from their closing time! And she helped us so patiently and had to reissue one the the cashier checks because my poor handwriting! They stayed even later???! She didn’t complain at all or gave my any look??! Thank you so much

I recently visited this branch with great excitement to apply for a Sapphire card, but my experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated (at multiple levels). Despite having an impeccable credit score (over 800), a substantial credit line with another bank, a decade-long relationship with a different credit card issuer, and a stable high-income job, my application was inexplicably declined.The lack of transparency and assistance from the branch manager (Mathew) during this process only added to my frustration. Also, later when I dug out, I learned that the branch manager lied to me.I spoke to the investigation department to gain clarity on the reasons behind the rejection, but unfortunately, their responses were totally unclear, where also the staff (unintentionally) disclosed other clients’ info to me.

They never answer the phones I have called up to 6 times at once and never gotten a response. And there is no way to leave a voice message. It is very frustrating. If they do finally answer them and you are able to make an appointment they do a good job.

This location has the worst customer service. They are not understanding or flexible whatsoever. This branch makes me want to close my account and go with another bank.(Day 1) We stopped in to see a bank teller for an urgent inquiry and were told no one could assist us same day (understandable) despite the fact the bank teller they scheduled an appointment with the next day was sitting ideal. We had advised it is urgent and would appreciate same day assistance which they didnt care about and said we need an appointment. We asked for the latest appointment in which they told us 4:15 pm is the latest time they see clients, so we took it. The Manager was standing right there and did not assist. We left with an appointment for the following day.(Day 2) I reached out to the branch to advise we would need to reschedule and could not make it in at the time of the visit. The gentlemen advised he will let the bank teller know and she will give me a call to reschedule. Yeah, never received the call but got an email saying my appointment was cancelled. Attempted to call the branch again but they closed. Got on Google and figured out to schedule an appointment through the Chase app. Secured an appointment for the following day but I could of possibly got in the same day if the teller cared to return my call to reschedule.(Day 3) We were 5 mins late to the appointment. If you are 5 minutes late to your appointment with a bank teller this branch will refuse to see you. We had an urgent inquiry that we needed assistance with which the Manager did not care about. Her body language and facial expressions during the whole conversation were a turn-off, rude and unprofessional. She told us there was a client at 4:30 pm but why did they tell us the previous day the latest they took clients was 4:15 pm? My husband was frustrated at the experience with this branch at this point and walked out without uttering another word. He said we should of listened to our Dad who told us the customer service at this location sucks. Other Chase locations will make time to address your concern and will get you with a teller same day. We will never return to this location. The Manager needs a Manager on site to address her unprofessional behavior and her unwillingness to assist clients.We recommend heading to 10495 N Michigan Road. The staff here is professional, understanding and accommodating.

It is probably the WORST bank. Not suitable for small business. Not capable of making wire transfers. Charging excessive fees. Locking access to account when they "think" there is a security risk to your account. Takes hours to speak to a representative. Stay away, there are better banks out there.

I can't believe there are no reviews for this branch of Chase. The bank has been servicing Zionsville for a number of years on the corner of Oak and Ford roads. They offer in-lobby, drive through and ATM at this location. I love that they offer Saturday hours. The service is always friendly and knowledgable. We generally go during the week because weekends and peek hours can be busy with waits. They are amenable to making appointments for special services. Their are particularly exemplary with special banking needs (notarizing, etc) The web site is easy to maneuver and is up to date. Fees can be a little complicated/confusing. Interest rates are not as good as other local banks for premier customers (at least today they were not). They offer hand sanitizer and face masks at the entrance and staff are wearing masks. The parking lot is a little tight and can be difficult to enter/exit.

Poorly managedThere doesn’t seem to be a lot of difference between Chase Bank brick and mortar and McDonald’s locationsI went in for a simple transaction and was told That is required to make an appointmentAfter waiting for a teller to try and make an appointment I asked myself why would I want toHave any larger sums of money here anywayTheir credit card interest rates are exorbitant and of course with a savings account they pay little or nothingFor investments a credit union is a far wiser choice to go through then hereThey need professionals to work in the investment section

Very helpful. Spent hours on the phone with me to verify my account records and then offered to call the Credit Union that mishandled my funds on my behalf. Some of the potential fees are a little goofy but overall love banking with Chase.

I had an 11:30 AM appt at this bank for a relatively simple transaction and to cash a few bonds. It is now almost 1:00 PM and I am still waiting for them to finish these transactions.

I banked here for a short while. The service was always accommodating and the people we friendly even when I walked in at closing. Casey set me up with a good account very smoothly.
