I had a horrible experience here customer service wise the agent Lucy kept messing up my insurance information and was also always rude to me when I’d call or come into the office with a question about my policy. When I asked to speak to the owner Al Dempsey about all these recurring issues I was told he’d give me a call back by the end of day and I had never received a call. Very unfortunate I wouldn’t recommend this statefarm at all

My car was parked unattended ,and was hit by another car. Pushed my car into the curb, damaging the steering. Changed the rack and pinion, still wasn't working correctly. Now they are saying the electric motor in the steering column needs replacing. State Farm says it wasn't due to the accident. Car drove perfectly before the accident. Since the accident have have talked to several people that have had similar dealings with State Farm. Always thought they were top notch, not the case anymore. I found them to be very dishonest. I would advise, to pass them by. Have the accident on video, will be posting on youtube, see for yourself.

I been going here since I was a kid with me dad. I deal with Debbie. I highly recommend going to her. Debbie been working there forever highly knowledgeable. Very nice person. Thank you Debbie and the staff there for always helping me out.
