“Ok so the company itself isn't always deserving of this rating but the service at this particular store in Greenwood today was excellent. James helped me setup a new line on my account using an existing phone. He was friendly and engaging while we completed the paperwork and really patient explaining to me the final price as I misunderstood twice what the new total would be. The only caveat is next time if I need to go to the store I'll make an appointment. Didn't know I could do that and was lucky my wait was only 10 minutes or so.”

“I went to a different Best Buy location and was there at least 20 minutes and wasn't spoken to by an associate once. At this location I was greeted by 5 associates and asked if I need help within the same amount of time that I spent at the other store. The employees here are helpful and attentive to their customers.”
“From when I first purchased my phone there last month the sales associate was great. The only issue I have is I should have listened to her when she said to get the LG stylo 4 rather than the Alcatel 7.”
