Christy is AWESOME!! Who knew a haircut could be so fun. 10/10 recommend this location. You can tell the team works great together and enjoys what they do. The MVP is a great service with the hot towel and massage. I walked in looking like a mess and walked out looking like a ten.

I brought both of my sons here today after trying several places throughout Hamilton County. Tamika and James were great! They did an amazing job with the cuts and both just had the best personalities and patience! My kids loved them and we were so pleased with the haircuts. We will definitely be returning in the future and sending our friends and family.

Just walked out and won't be back. My son and I were waiting for the "stylist of the month" as she cleaned her station. The sign above indicated we were "on deck", yet this stylist walks right past us to someone she clearly knows, calls "come on Ron" to the guy sitting behind us...I don't even say nothing...I just gathered our things put my son's coat on him, and told him we were going across the street to Great clips, as he is now getting his hair cut?....wouldn't even go back for a free cut.

Isaiah cut my child's hair. It's the worst haircut I've ever seen- it's a hack job. It was so fast, sloppy, rough, no styling, nothing. I tried to fix it at home, there are literally chunks all over his head. For 30$! I am disgusted. I cannot believe this gentleman has a license to cut hair.

Tamika is amazing at what she does. I was close to going to try and find another store and then my visit before last I had the pleasure of having Tamika cut my hair. It was the best haircut I have ever had in my life. Not only is she good at her job, she has an amazing personality and is super friendly. As long as Tamika is at this store, I will be going there.

I went to get a low fade and to get my edges a clean line. Tamika cut my hair and it was NOT the way I asked. She trimmed the sides completely after I repeatedly told her how I wanted it . A LOW FADE. I don’t know if they are hiring just anybody or what but if you don’t know what a fade is then STOP cutting hair. I know my hair will grow back but I’m very disappointed. After cutting everything off she didn’t even give me clean lines. In other words she didn’t even clean cut the edges. I will not be going back . I will much rather drive 30+ minutes to the west side to have a Hispanic barber cut my hair. Straight foolishness.

Waited over two hours and watched multiple people skip me whose names were not even on the list when I put mine in and they just kept adding to my time. Then they want to get an attitude with me instead of just going ahead and cutting my hair when I said something to them. Sho after wasting over 2 hours of my Saturday I still didn’t get my hair cut. If I could give zero stars I would. My money will never go to sport clips again period.
