Great service department - always kind and courteous! They are always thorough and keep you updated if they run into snags along the way. Let you know if they find something wrong right away - even when it's not what you took the vehicle in for from the start - which keeps you from having another major problem down the road!

I had a broken shoulder so unable to install needed new battery. You helped me out came jumped my car in this cold weather took it installed new battery and did oil change while you had it at Washingon Chrysler and returned it. You can’t ask or find better service than that when needed, thanks!

Dealership has always been good to us until this last time. Since my Jeep was not purchased there I could not get a vehicle to drive while mine was in shop. It was very inconvenient and left a bad taste in my mouth since I have been going to them for 4 years.
