“They loaned my grandson 2 demo racquets to help him choose what to buy.He could have taken those back & gotten more to try, but he chose to purchase one of the 1st he tried. I picked the racquet up while he was in class & took it to him for his match after school. There was a mix up & they sent the wrong racquet, but he had to use it ,as it was all he had. When I called the store they couldn't have been more helpful. He had a match again the next afternoon so they rushed to string the one he wanted, drove 20 mi to personally take it to him in time for game, gave him his new racquet & took back the other even though he had used it. I think that was the best service I have ever received!”

“Ordered a pair of shoes online, they called several days later to say that they made a mistake, they don't have the shoes available. Ok fine, it happens. But over 2 weeks later they still haven't issued a refund to my credit card and haven't returned my phone call. I was forced to contact the CC to dispute the charges.I haven't visited the store in person so can't speak to that experience but would never buy online from them again.*Update 10/4/23*Received a call from Heather, she said they had processed the refund but the processing company had an issue with it. They were able to get the issue resolved same day & refund has been credited. Updating my original 1 star to 4, I can't give 5 due to the issues I had to deal with in the online purchase, but prompt response & resolution deserves the 4 in my book.”
