Ghetto as hell, rude employees, and there's no air conditioning. USPS Fix these issues!

We scheduled an appointment for passports here and they were efficient, kind, and helped us through the process. Thank you!

If I could, it'd be zero stars from me. They've lost my drivers license not once but now twice. I've not received any bills or government documents or general mail in over two weeks but I have informed delivery so I see mail that's due to be delivered to me yet none of it has shown up. When you call, the operator is rude as all get out and not helpful. Reporting for mail theft as they can't find anything for my address nor can they seem to locate my carrier, he's gone poof like my mail.

It's the closest USP office to me. The ladies at the desk were rude AF! They seemed shocked when I responded to them in the manner that they were speaking to me! They did give me some tape for my package, though. I will be surprised if my package actually goes through.

My go to USPS when I need to drop off a package - especially for Mercari. Hardly ever crowded = not a long wait time (if any) and lots of parking. The workers are nice and attentive and never gave me a hard time.

Went to deliver some mail in blue drop off box at 3 pm and appears mails has not been picked up for a while . Mail was seen in the drop off chute area as appear box is full or mail is clog on something at drop off chute area . When call to leave message. A male answered and said mail was picked up at 5 it's 5:21 at call . The guy acted liked he didn't care and just said ok . There might be mail suck at top of chute . Someone needs to check if stuck or collect mail.

This post office is rarely has a crowd, so there's always parking and the lines aren't crazy long. Unlike other reviews, I haven't had any bad experiences with my neighborhood mail carriers. The two that frequent our street are always friendly and seem to work hard.

This post office and my mail carrier are THE WORST!!! My mail carrier doesn't pick up packages and I often have to chase down my deliveries. These people just don't care! I currently have multiple complaints logged against them. Ridiculous! How hard is it to deliver mail properly? And we pay you an average of $50,000 a year?! Unreal. Typical government agency.

Literally garbage. These are all people who don't give an eff about their jobs. First of all, six months ago, I let them know that my mail carrier put the whole blocks mail in my mailbox and that mail included checks, personal information and wasn't my business. Made me wonder, who has gotten my mail? But I digress, let's talk about how I get my mail. I don't! It comes MAYBE every three weeks and all of my mail is LATE. My insurance policy was almost canceled because of it. This morning, I go outside to let my dog use the restroom and I see my mail! On the ground... in the mud. WHILE IT'S RAINING! My package was art my partner ordered as a surprise! Thankfully it was wrapped in plastic because the box it came in was completely destroyed, haha. Thanks USPS.

Cannot deliver packages. Incompetence at its best. Lazy people who are rude and yell at you.

Once again, this US Post Office strikes again! After being asked to move our mailbox to the fence, or face non-delivery of our mail, our illustrious mail carrier withheld our mail. Once we complied and moved the mailbox to the fence, the mail carrier insisted on leaving the cover wide open so that our mail often flew out of the box or was soaking wet in the rain.

Yes, I have seen the people be very rude. What I want to write about is the fact that they have been known to lock the doors and close before the correct time. Several times I made it in time by more than 5 minutes and the doors were locked. Others in my neighborhood agreed.
