Horrible! That is the best way to explain this store. The manager is absolutely horrible. I have been trying to get my bill fixed since Sept of 2023. I was always told by manager and others I will get a call back. NEVER did. Went in there again on Tuesday, and was told the manager left early. Fine again took my name and number down and was told he will call me, here it is a few days later and no call still. So went back in and he wasn't in, left an hour before I got there. I am tired of being told I was getting a call back when that has never happened. Looking to switch carriers now. I do not recommend going to this store at all. The manager does not care.

Walked in everyone was playing on their phones. Asked about getting an account transferred to my name was told they'd get a hold of me within three days. Finally got a message from them 8 days later while I was at work. Thanks but no thanks I went somewhere else, got better phones, and saved money.

The reason I gave one star is I walked in there The lady was working with somebody else but the gentleman the older gentleman with the beard wouldn't get off his phone he did acknowledge me but that's about all rude rude rude this is why I don't like coming here I will go south or I'll go to Indianapolis before I ever come back

Would leave less than one star if I could went in to upgrade my iPhone and the girl working there said I couldn't because I didn't have insurance on the one I had so I left ( she was lazy and rude ) went to the further south location and walked out with my dream phone I wouldn't recommend this location at all go a little further south and get treated way better !!

Very helpful people. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. That's with getting a new plan in my phone and activation and everything. Highly recommend this t-mobile

They are very rude ! They charge me every month even though I sent the device back ! They give you the run around ! I do not recommend T-Mobile! You all know you screw customers over !I did return all devices, you all still charging me ! That crap !

My smart watch stopped working for now reason after only having it less then 2yrs. Brandon, who helped, was awesome!Not only did he take time to try to see what was wrong with my watch, but get got me a GREAT deal on a new one.!!! He spent an hour making sure everything was right & I got the deal he wanted!!! Thanks Brandon!

I went in to t mobile on Saturday! They claim they will help me! When I got there! They refused and gave me run around! That make you lairs! Public deserve to know! How you lie and disrespect people! I know someone put you up to that! Do not go here they are liars, cannot keep their word!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I have been a customer of sprint since 2006 and was eligible for an upgrade since they are switching to T-Mobile. Was told that all I needed to do was to bring my phone in AS IS and they would give me the upgrade and just charge sales tax. I go to the store located next to Wing Stop first they say that I would have to pay my phone off (which was not true with the deal I was given over the phone)and was told that I had to get my screen fixed. After Speaking to someone over the phone they told me that my crack on my screen was covered since I have insurance. The people at the store were not even trying to help me. Just said sorry they couldn’t do anything until I get my screen fixed. Didn’t even try to help with this process AT ALL! I have worked in customer service for 18 years and this is not how you try and help your customers. You should always try to go above and beyond for them. And make them feel appreciated

The T-Mobile store on 3rd Street is a friendly environment, the staff is very experienced and helpful, I took 2 old phone's ,was wanting to get them activated,instead they offered me 2 Brand new phone's with a discount and got the new Gateway 5g wifi/ internet at a discounted price, I couldn't have been happier. Thanks T-Mobile
