Highly recommend Dr Harper and his staff. Especially Hannah, she was great at multitasking and making sure each customer got what they needed. Dr Harper took his time with me making sure I got the right contact lenses that fit my eyes and were comfortable for me to wear. Really loved the selection of glasses and the quality of glasses. From designer to budget friendly. Even the budget glasses are well made and stylish. High recommend lens crafter and I’ll be shopping there from now on. Thank you!

This was the best eye appointment I have ever had in at least 40 years, the reception was great, the Dr was awesome and the Nick was more helpful than any prior visits, thank you LensCrafters for an amazing experience

I've seen Dr. Harper twice now and brought my husband along this time. After a bad experience at a different office, he was left with contacts that didn't fit his eyes for almost a year. After seeing Dr. Harper and his staff, he left with a much better fitting set and prescription! We never once felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Dr. Harper got him four different sets of contacts to try to make sure he was completely comfortable and didn't once make us feel like an imposition. He was very personable and made us feel like family. His staff was very kind and helpful and made sure my glasses were perfect. They even called a week prior to go over insurance, copay and how much we would owe out of pocket if we chose not to submit an out of network claim. We will definitely be making this our optical home!

Very professional and friendly... Explained all the options in the glasses .. bifocals, lenses, protections for lenses... care of glasses.. coatings .. took her time.. got me a great price with my insurance. Will definitely go back.

My experience with LensCrafters was very pleasant. Customer service was amazing from start to finish. The person who answered my initial phone call to make an appointment was so easy to talk to. They made my first experience with the eye doctor wonderful. Everyone was very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated the help picking out the glasses since I had never worn glasses before and the very kind lady was so helpful and honest. I recommend LensCrafters to anyone.

Customer Service was the best I’ve ever been to for an eye exam and getting glasses. Risa and April were very helpful and so nice. The Dr was very polite and wasn’t on a time schedule. I would give this place Ten Stars if I was able to!!!!
