Mica was absolutely amazing a very sweet understanding patient young lady. Wish there were more people in the world like her. Keep up the good work She works At kohls in Terre haute. Others should follow her lead and when she didn’t have the answers I needed she quickly got the manager on duty who quickly solved the problem of not having my size of panties in my pick up order so I got my own in store and asked to have the 5 for 35 deal and he told her it was fine as the other panties were being shipped to my house Very pleased w him as well didn’t catch his name but he’s been there a long time very nice gentleman. Way to go kohls

Was offered 35% off my current purchase for signing up for kohl's card. Was told to select I agree button to confirm that I agree with what I was being told. After signing up I was denied the discount . Manager told me cashier told me wrong and 35% off was for next purchase and not for items that I was buying or any name brand items.However my credit incurred a negative hit because of the credit pull when applying for the card. We made a deal and they didn't uphold thier deal after I fulfilled my part. Should thier be a lawsuit here?
