The tuxes came in spot on. Only one didn’t fit right, but they were easy to work with to get it changed in time for the big day. Only complaint is the hours. Different hours posted on different search sites, not open every day.

I just want to say how much I appreciate this place. They fit me in last minute, and both ladies went above and beyond to make sure I received my dress on time. I was sick when I was supposed to pick it up, and they met me by my house. I was so touched by this. Very kind people.

I would strongly caution against purchasing a dress from this store. We bought my daughter’s prom dress in November, scheduled an appointment for a fitting and alterations on December 31, and a second fitting on February 12. Everything seemed to go fine for the first fitting. When we arrived for the second fitting in February, we found that after having the dress for 6 weeks, nothing had been done. NO alterations had been made. Their solution was to immediately complete the alterations and ship the dress to us 5 days later on February 17, since we live an hour away. I called the day before they were to ship it and asked them to hold the dress instead, as my husband would be in Terre Haute on the 17th and would pick it up. The lady I spoke with told me that she had the dress, the alterations were done, and they would hold it to be picked up in person. When my husband arrived the next day, they informed him that they had already shipped the dress the day before. I called and asked for a tracking number, but was only told when it was supposed to arrive, and that the dress had already been ship when I called to have them hold it. When I questioned why I was told the dress was still there during the phone call, they insisted that I was wrong. Then I asked why they hadn’t just told me it had already shipped when I called, and their response was that there was another dress that was similar and they confused them. To top it all off, when the dress arrived, they still had not completed all of the agreed upon alterations. The people we encountered in this shop, especially when it was discovered that they had not done their part, were rude, condescending and need to work on their business skills. (Excluding 1, and I wish I had her name to give credit where it is due) It was clear that they simply forgot to work on our dress, but not once was an apology given, only excuses.

Man this place was great. Bought a new suit, Betsy is amazing. Great personal service, attention to detail, and desire to make certain that her customers are satisfied. I will definitely go back. Love the look of my suit.

First off the owner is rude !! Told my niece she needed to lose some weight , she had already purchased the dress there and needed the straps altered ! Now they are stuck with a dress because of the no return no exchange policy ! My niece is traumatized and mortified! And as her aunt I am livid that this woman had such an effect on this young girl ! A sales lady tried to apologize for her boss but the apology should of come from the owner ! Never ever buy for there unless you have the “perfect” body ! You’ll have to consult the owner on that one!!!

I would definitely recommend everyone if you ha e kids or are getting married. Tbey have so many beautiful dressed prom dances weddings you make it. They are very very friendly.
