Very rude. Didnt want to help at all. Said they had no way of cross referencing a part number. They suggested I drive all the way to the store before they could tell me if they carried a bulb.

Bait and switch. I found the battery I needed. It was marked $48 on the shelf. It rang up $54. I showed the orange hair cashier the price on shelf. She said that was mistake, the prices hadn't been updated. I should have pressed the issue, but didn't. I paid the $54, make it clear I wasn't coming back there again and left. She didn't seem to be the least bit concerned about losing a customer.

Terrible experience. Don’t buy a lawn mower battery from them. Bought a battery in August from them only a six month warranty on their batteries. They would not replace the battery. Spent $127.00 for nothing. Who cuts grass in the winter in Indiana to know if the battery is okay?

I had the best customer service tonight from a gentleman named Corey. I came 3 minutes before closing for a car battery and Corey didn't complain about the time and, in fact, helped another woman whom pulled in after me when he finished with my car.And this is exactly why I only recommend this store to anyone for batteries. Exceptional service and good prices. Keep it up! And thanks Corey!

Had scheduled apt for iPad battery replacement. Showed up ( I live 50 min away ) told they don't carry that battery and would have to order . Why would they schedule appointment ( and you give iPad information at time making the apt) and then waste your time . Had to get my kid ready to go and spend two hours driving for nothing .
