i came in looking for a watch as a gift for my boyfriend, i was truly unsure what to get and was at a complete loss looking at them all Kim was extremely helpful and ended up helping me choose, turns out my boyfriend loves the watch so kim has good taste too! heather was there also and friendly as ever! 10/10

Ariel and the ladies who work here are AMAZING! You have heard of going the extra mile! They will run the extra Boston marathon to help you get what you want! I would suggest to any of my friends or family! But you have to go in person to experience it. I guarantee you will leave happy.

I am a new customer to Ashcroft&Oak. We visited the Terre Haute, IN. store to look around and met two of the nicest women ever! Ariel & Kim were amazing! So helpful and not pushy! They knew we were just looking, not buying, and they were still so helpful! I wasn't for sure what style I wanted and they just kept showing me rings until I found The One!! We actually ended up buying that night! My rings had to be sized and soldered together and their jeweler did an great job. It looks perfect!
I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience!
