Should have trusted the reviews. Worst car wash experience of my life. I get my car all soaped up only to discover no freaking water options on the dial work. Thankfully someone was working and was able to slightly help by putting it on spot free rinse, which let me tell you has the pressure of a whisper. So as I continually swiped my card to pay to get the soap off, watching all my money get wasted for the worst car wash. Texted them about a refund and they said they would handle it. No refund and no response now. WOOHOO. 15$ to get a soapy car.

Edit: Can confirm the computers have been fixed and the auto wash works as intended. Does a pretty good job, too! In this regard, this is an affordable alternative to Crew if you don’t need a lot of fancy options.
Old review: Attempted to use the automatic wash option-one bay didn't have a working computer, and the other wouldn't read my card properly, then would cancel service when I managed to get it to read. Not worth the hassle when Crew has a working wash system that doesn't cost much more than what they're charging.

Don't go to this place. The prices aren't clearly marked and they charge $14.99 to your card only to find out their super high prices when you get home. Also many of the stalls are dirty, and doesn't seem to be anyone attending the place.

Had an issue with card charges and they fixed it promptly. I have witnessed a bay or two not having very powerful pressure (stay away from the 2nd to the left). The brushes are a little worn but get the job done. You can't beat the cost of this self service car wash. It's in a clean safe neighborhood/area. There aren't many self service car washes around Indy and this one is definitely the best around the downtown area. Just scope out the bay before you pay. If it is super busy with lines out to the road and you're trying to wash your car late in the day, don't be disappointed if they run out of soap! Hundreds of cars an hour going through there, it's bound to get emptied before the end of the day. If you're disappointed in this place then you don't understand value. (Over half of Indy is run down - don't expect the place with 3$ car washes to be ran like the Venetian.)

I went there today and paid 13 to get a car wash and no soap or water came out the machine. It was a waste of money. Then I went to the self wash and put 3 in quarters and the power washer didn't spray out and the brush didn't put anything out either. Very disappointed

Well it was once a good idea that someone had but it went wrong real quick and now it's just an eyesore that's very seldom in business, But on a positive note it has the potential to be open year round but these days it's almost impossible to find people that want to work, Or one's that will do the job they were hired to do, It seems everyone just wants to get paid for doing nothing, And customer service is down right disgusting in Indianapolis, I haven't found a business in the past 25 yrs that gave perfect customer service with a smile, But business owners are so desperate for employees that quality services has taken a back seat to simply having warm bodies to fill those positions.
Update: Sorry that i only gave it one star, I didnt realize it til just now, Usually when i give a review i deduct stars on a case by case bases, The only thing i can say bad about this business is besides me never seeing it in business and the fact that it looks like a cartoon nightmare in the apocalypse i have nothing else to base my review on, But to the owners a little advice for you to ponder, You would make a killing if you kept it open year round like many of the self serve car washes are, I mean it would be nice to have a car wash in the area that i could stop in and spray my car down but i dont know of any others out south besides sparkling image way out south and they are an inside out car wash im just talking about a regular coin spray car wash that i could go to at 3am if i wanted to, They are becoming extinct these days.

I used to live in the area and have been here many times years ago.. but recently in early 2024, I found this place to be the second most raggedy dump I have been to in this country. Most of the bays had been scrapped, with no machine and the other bays have broken nozzles. Do not go here. It's a waste of money. I just pissed out 10 dollars for literally nothing.

I went to have a car wash in the an Automatic Bay and paid 13.00 dollars . Pulled into the bay . The bottom of my car was sprayed as I pulled in . Set for a minute just to be told to exit the wash station. Never received the full car wash service. I tried to call the number list on the website. It states thank you for calling brookville services. I went on the website and submitted my complaint and never heard back from the company. I would like a full refund of 13 dollars back in my account for service that were never rendered .
