They close early and for whatever reason it is acceptable to send everyone to lunch at the same time??? It took 45 minutes for them to put 1 prepackaged item into a sack and hand it to me. I am letting my doctor know that we should use an other pharmacy going forward.

They have really gone down hill. Switching to Meijer's where they actually will answer a phone call & fill your meds in a more timely fashion

This is the third time I had a text that said it would be ready at 3 pm. Then a text saying they are ready. I come in and get my meds and they say they are not filled yet and the employees have no clue what's going on. They just say they weren't here yesterday instead of finding out why. The place is a mess and no one knows what they are doing.

Funny how you can be 6 customers deep, not open on time...the employees don't speak to anyone in line. Customers keep asking what's going on, employees never speak to customers. Why is this always a problem

Can use "curbside pickup" to park in a specially marked parking spot, and have the Pharmacy br8ng your meds to the car.Walmart is not practicing Social Distancing or having people wear masks, but I still don't want to get sick!

I don't know if the good reviews are by peope who have never had really good service or if their expectations are so low. First I had to learn of their closed hours so pharmacist can have a lunch (I guess other pharmacies know how to cover each other). Then my husband went to pick up my meds to be told they didn't have it. When he returned I called and was told it was on hold so they could tell me the insurance won't cover it (I was told one computer is not connected to the other one on the other end of the counter therefore they were unaware if it.). I was at the Dr's yesterday and the nurse left message for a script. Husband went to pick it up and was told they did not have it. Called Dr's office and nurse left mess again in morning. Called to see if it was ready and was told they didn't have it but when I told them it was left as a mess technician put me on hold and talked to pharmacist. Low and behold they will fill it but it will take an hour. Now it's the following day and almost 3pm that I have been without meds!!!

I am always pleased with the entire team at the pharmacy. Maria in particular is a total rockstar! She is incredibly helpful, patient, and prompt with taking care of each customer.

EVERY TIME!!!! I have to get my pain meds filled they give me a run around and makes me feel like a criminal. Talked to Dr. office and was told that Walmart is the only one that give people a hard time. Oh!! also they are not friendly at all.
