The store manager is rude. I witnessed her berating one of the cashiers. Instead of looking at a teachable moment, she was hateful. I will never go back there

Cam, the manager, was a huge help when it came to printing my wedding signs. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure my purchase was correct. Everything turned out wonderfully and I'm really thankful for his great customer service!!

I got 28 copies of a flyer printed yesterday and they turned out really well! I checked Staples, UPS, and Office Depot before ordering online, and the Staples site was much easier to use than the others because you can just upload your file at the beginning of the process. With the other two, it was more complicated and also cost more. (One of them wanted you to "build" your document through their system.) Also, both employees I talked to at the store were really nice.

This location is well lit, the shelves are always stocked and well organized, and there's never any clutter in the aisles. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I went in to purchase one thing. The lady checking me out asked me to download the app. It took forever and when I said I needed to go, she took my phone out of hand and told me to wait. She was extremely aggressive about getting me to download this app. I will not be returning to this Staples store for fear of running into cashier Janet again.

If you plan on applying here, DON'T. The manager fired me for something I didn't even do, and he REFUSED to hear my side of the story. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I was still fired. I'm pretty sure as a manager, you are supposed to hear BOTH sides, not just the customer's. I had planned on quitting anyway, because I was promised a lot of hours when I was hired. I ended up working three days a week and only about four hours a day. You're better off working at McDonalds for $15 an hour than here at only $10 an hour.

Bought an office chair but the seat holes didn't line up so it couldn't be assembled. Hauled it back to the store for an exchange. Manager, Don, said they no longer do exchanges. Don said I could do a return only and the sale price was no longer valid. Said I had to pay $25 more for the same chair.Took the refund. I'll never set foot in that place again. What a rip off. Should have known better than to buy from them. What a crock!I'd give them zero stars if I could!

Cory in the print/copy dept. is a rock star!! He helped me print sale signs from my flash drive for our retail store…Office Depot WAS our go to place, but Cory’s customer service, positive attitude, experience and enthusiasm helped me solve problems that were not even attempted by the competitor. I’m going to have him do our store front window screens!

Jose and Mitchele are an exceptionally awesome team! They are truly assets to the Staples brand. Both are experts multi-taskers and Jose was the first to greet me as I entered the store. That was noteworthy because I walked by the asst manager and another employee twice before getting to Jose. The other two never stopped their conversation to greet a customer. Jose represented the company with real customer service and a commitment to excellence through his coaching of Mitchele and assistance to me. Thanks Jose!
