The store was clean and well stocked considering the time of year. Even though the staff was being pulled every which way to handle customer needs and daily operations they were positive, upbeat, professional, and efficient.The volume of customers that were shopping during my visit exceeded the number of staff members in my opinion.It was very apparent that the team members customer service and ability to engage and provide a positive overall experience for each individual was the differentiator that could have easily went the opposite way.It was an experienced staff that likely excel in emotional intelligence that lead to a store full of customers leaving having had a positive experience and latter.

Ok sorta unimpressed because I went in there and they have fitting rooms both in the front and the back… Both of them were closed and when I ask the worker there if I could use them she said I couldn’t because the manager just up and left on them randomly. They have good deals on name brand items but they could definitely do better with the staff there.

Store is just "okay" - nothing more. Prices are reasonable. Store is similar to an overstock store - usually only one or two of an item out for sale, if you miss it, it's gone for good. Very messy and sloppy on the sales floor, numerous items are damaged or broken on the shelf, some stuff stolen from packages or missing parts. Opened and used deodorant cans all over. They have a small selection of candy and snacks and drinks for sale. First time I walked in, there was a security alarm on clothing blaring for 5-10 minutes before someone finally bothered to go turn it off. **No public restrooms!**
