They had me paying insurance on the wrong vehicle bc she had the VIN wrong after I gave it to her multiple times and I needed renters insurance by June 1st called in on May 6th went through Auto & Renters policy was told everything was good to go I DIDNT NOT KNOW NOR WAS INFORMED to call Progressive to make it into effect so as of June 2nd when I went to find my renter’s policy it wasn’t there so I had to call and ask why and she acted like I was the one wrong! When she knows I’m new to all this stuff. I used to love this place been a customer for over a year now I need a new place and it’s horrible I have to start over somewhere else. It makes me very unsettled! I’m not saying her name bc she was great most of the time but this is messed up and cause me a lot of unnecessary stress and worry!!!

I am writing this review because I am currently helping a friend get her money back after she was told false information about the "comparison" quote she was given.She was convinced that she had to pay more for her insurance than was actually necessary.She was told that "State Farm" would charge her over $80 a month. I had talked to an agent from the local State Farm and was quoted $43.98.My friend was flat out lied to over the phone. And convinced that for basic coverage plus roadside assistance would cost her $70.67 a month.It is extremely unprofessional to lie to your customers. If she is refused a refund, I will be looking into taking legal action.
