“This is a classic hardware store. Like a neighborhood ace more than a big box store. The biggest difference when shopping here is the help you receive. All the workers here actually know how to use the products they sell. Not only that but they will educate you how to use the things they sell. Try finding that at Lowe's. The store is smaller so they don't have everything but I'm always amazed because they have what I need. A neighborhood shop where people have knowledge is a great local asset to have when looking to make repairs or when building a project.”
“I love a true hardware store. This is been my hardware store for 20+ years. While it is no longer Hills the new company still provides the hardware I need. However the staff is less than helpful. Always playing video games on their phone or on the company computers.”

“I had several people ask me if I needed any help in the various departments I was in today. The lady in the garden center outside knew a lot about grass seed which was what I was looking for. She was very helpful. And the lady at the self checkout is always kind and greets people or wishes them a nice day. Bathrooms are nice at this Lowe’s too. Their lighting department isn’t as cool looking as Menards but it is sufficient.”
