Do not rent your vehicle from this Enterprise, you will be disappointed.I booked my rental (SUV) well in advance and when I arrived there was only one option, a Dodge, which was not clean and clearly hadn't been wiped clean in quite some time. Due to its condition, I was given a discount. I returned the vehicle and weeks later I get a call from the branch manager, Daryl who tells me they deleted my American Express, so they didn't take a paymentand he asked if I could come to the location between 8-5 Mon-Fri, I advised no because work. Daryl said he would have his assistant come to my job and take payment, and someone would call me. Never heard back, then a few weeks later, I got an email stating I had a collection with Enterprise. I called for weeks, and no one at this location would answer the phone. I called the 800 number and was told the regional manager would contact me. Never did. I eventually got through this morning, and I finally got someone to answer, and now, at this point, they could take my payment over the phone. This rental was booked for 07/26 and I'm just now getting this issue resolved. I have only rented from Enterprise my entire adulthood and this byfar has been my worst experience.

Called enterprise prior to scheduling reservation and was told not to use third party like Expedia and to solely book through their site as the selections available were “accurate.” Wasted time scheduling the reservation and booked a car for work/a planned event was called 30 minutes later told there are “no cars” available pretty sure this is a lie to avoid discriminatory telling customers they do not want to rent to them. Told to call Mishawaka location who also did not have cars either. Was told by the manager at 933 location the reservation team gets paid to book the cars aka it is a bait switch practice to falsely mislead ppl into booking a reservation they have no intention of honoring. Trash company and not reliable might as well use Expedia and try to get the discount then dealing with this company as their representatives make misleading statements and their website advertises false information. This is my first time having to ever get a rental and this was the worst experience of my life.Now they want me to waste my time emailing them (pretty sure it’s an invalid email) regarding the experience after my trip plans have already been ruined and my relationship impacted due to their reservation cancellation thus messing up business opportunities for both us. As I stated terrible company not reliable or trust worthy damage has already been done.Also when you call the reservation line they’re rude to you because the car lots do not have the cars needed for the reservations they make with you. Very defeating and upsetting situation.

This Enterprise was a Starship Enterprise! They have your back here! After calling to reserve a car in route, never getting a confirmation from the company I arrived at enterprise hoping that they had my reservation. Apparently it did not go through but the attendant on staff could not have been more friendly and more helpful and I had a car at the right price within a few minutes and was on my way. A great experience the way you would want it to be anytime.No surprises, no disappointments. Just good business. Thank you so much buddy.

I rented a vehicle from Edison location, I got up the next morning, went to take my kids to school and the vehicle would not start. Called roadside assistance for Enterprise and they had car towed and ubered me to the 933 location because it was closest to my home.It was 20 degrees out, the Uber dropped me, the door to location was locked with a sign that they would return soon. I called, and someone came and opened door. Was very unapologetic of the issues I was having with rentals….said he didn’t know I was coming….then proceeded to say the only car he had was a Chevy Malibu. By this time I was already an hour late to work and said that was fine.I get in the car and it had not even been cleaned. Smelled of smoke and was filthy. I kept it because I was already late because of the first rental not starting, but man…smelling like smoke is not cool….Enterprise used to be so top notch with customer service. It has completely went downhill. So disappointed.

This rental car place always a problemToday I have my reservation to pick up a car and when I got there the rental place was close having me suspended my trip to take my son back with mom. Very very disappointing plus if you call they don’t answer.

Enterprise is a good company. This one time, the vehicle was not clean, the store manager was deceptive and I had to call corporate customer service. A review of his performance record is recommended.

We had to pick up a car instantly since our car was stolen, and Enterprise made that experience easy and stress free. They had Covid safety protocols in place for safety and were still kind, friendly, and helpful.

Arnold was really nice. We rented the car for a week over a holiday weekend. No issues with the car. Super quick and easy!
