Ordered same day delivery online. Called the store multiple times and finally left a voicemail requesting an update on the order. The staff didn't answer the phone all afternoon and nor did they return my call. Staff waited until the store closed to notify me via email that my gift would not be delivered today. No offer to refund the same day delivery charge. A heads up that we can't delivery today would have been nice so I could have ordered elsewhere.

We're located in Denton, TX but called this shop on the phone because we wanted to do something nice for a customer located near South Bend. The manager was phenomenally patient and kind, helped us figure out a plan over the phone and made a great impression on the recipient too! This is the kind of personal care that makes local shops so special. Will definitely call again next time!

Ordered yesterday, wasn't delivered. Wasn't delivered today either. I was told the best they could do was to deliver it tomorrow...tomorrow isn't Mother's day, totally unacceptable! I've used this service in the past, but I won't in the future.

I was very disappointed that the delivery was not hand delivered as described in checkout. From my ring, I could see that she threw the gift down on the porch and walked away. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!

Ordered for my daughter at 7am got a text saying it was out for delivery at 12:41pm it is now 5:30pm and we have plans to take her to dinner at 6:30! Called twice and was told I was next on list, that was at 4:45 pm. Still not here! The whole point of having it delivered was because I was at work. If I would have known I would be last I could have skipped the delivery fee.

Second time ordering - never again! they said they were too busy to deliver yesterday but would have delivery first thing this morning for birthday. Instead, after waiting after moving out of dorm I called and was told 'we are waiting for driver'. I could have had Uber deliver if I had known, (and so could they !) sort of defeats the purpose.. The last time it was just meh. Also late.

Ordered for a college Studnet. Then called and they told me they would reach out to her with plenty of time for her to meet them. They texted her while she was in class saying they were there! No text before and then they ignored my calls the next day asking when they would try to redeliver it. I left messages and called throughout the day. Ended up getting a full refund through corporate. Horrible customer service.
