I always go to the mishawaka location but today I had a screw in my tire so I went to the michigan street south bend location. Markus the manager approached me and has the personality of a suitcase. He looks at my tire and then says I need new lugnuts. I'm like no thanks- my Priority is the tire with the screw in it. Then he states I need new wipers. The wipers were replaced LAST WEEK. He is droning on about the cost of the wipers and I'm like again- no thanks. We go inside and he says the total is on the screen And it will be done by 4:30. It's 2:30 - so I sit down and listen to his tone with other customer- he is friendly and jovial with the male customers. With the female customers he is curt, with an air of irritation and does not explain anything. The other gentleman working is explaining things to all the customers and is smiling and friendly. If I didn't have a huge screw in my tire and the certificate I would leave and go somewhere Else.

My family was on a 6 hour road trip North and we ran over a nail and got a steady leak in our front tire. We urgently found this Discount Tire and made an appointment. We got here two hours before our appointment and Miguel took care of us right away. We had our tire replaced within 30 minutes, and for free, per Discount Tire’s policy when you buy tires from them. Clean waiting area with plenty of room. All of the workers we interacted with were upbeat, friendly and professional. Back on the road quickly with a new tire!

Got 4 new tires installed. Prices are fair and employees were all nice. In and out in just about an hour.

First time giving a review, I've been a loyal customer for over 20yr, bought tires and certificates went to get tires rotated and the young sales person had refused. I am the customer and I paid for certificates to have this covered they did not give any exceptions when I paid for them,I do not need or expect sarcastic attitude from a kid at a tire store! customer service should be job 1thats all that can be offered after a sale.Chris

Super quick to help me, got me in and out in less than an hour for my tire change. Had to return next day for a bad valve stem and they replaced it quickly. Very professional and kind.

Bought tires and certificates been a customer for 20+ years and would not do rotation ,the young salesman was rude and sarcastic I don't need or deserve a hassle, no customer service! Certificates aren't worth the paper they are wrote on! Chris

We were taken care of in a timely manner, but the salesman was a little pushy on getting their products sold. The serviceman was very polite and felt very trustworthy.

Cory was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the number system for the life of my tire. He helped me find the right tires for my budget. Daniel kept me updated as they processed my car.

I have been going to Discount Tire for 27 years. I get the best tire prices and a warranty on my tires at their stores across the nation. I have had tire damage in Florida and California while visiting and they took care of me like I was a regular customer at their stores. This gives me peace of mind as I travel with my family. The Michigan Street store is my regular store. The crew is always professional and hard working. Nick K is always my go to whenever possible. He is down to Earth and always gives me his honest professional opinion.This is the place to go for your tire needs.

I had one of the most stressful nights that I’ve had in over 10 years. I was stuck on the side of a road with 2 stripped lug nuts and unable to put my spare on after getting a flat. I had the tow truck deliver to the shop and within a couple of hours I was fixed and ready to get to my next destination. Special shout-out to the team from today 8/12/23 and Brandon the rep who did everything he could for me at this stressful time
