I received my check finally in yesterday’s late mail delivery. Thanks goes out to the company for finally getting me my money! Thanks ??
Spoke with Calvin again, claims it’s not their office fault. Can’t see how it isn’t, since my refund could have been sent and released when my car was stolen. Now I have to wait 30 more days to get money that I paid ahead of time ??♀️
Calvin just called me back to justify why I haven’t received my money back. Guess what? He hung up on me in my face talking about he had another call??♀️
I’ve been with this company for 15 years and
My car was stolen in December and I had paid for 6 months in advance. It is July and I still haven’t received my refund from them yet. Supposedly the check was sent out in April then again in June but it hasn’t hit my account yet. Sheila is of no help in this situation and they seem to be short handed. When DJ was there he made customers happy and got things done for us.??♀️ At this rate I wouldn’t suggest this business to anyone, while they holding my money hostage!! Don’t patronize this company period!!!

Calvin Johnson is a great State Farm agent. He's been in the community for a long time, years and years. You won't go wrong with having business with him. I've known Calvin for 30 years and stop by all the time.

Inconsiderate neighbors, to say the least. The cookouts and fundraisers are fine but the music doesn't need to be nonstop thumping all day and late into the night. Turn the bass down. Turn the music down. If I can physically feel the bass, I'm sure you can still hear it if you turn it down some.

Called and spoke with Calvin directly BEFORE buying a car to make sure I was covered from the jump. 2 weeks later it turns out the vehicle was never added and I have been driving around uninsured this whole time. I am very upset about this situation as it could’ve turned out very badly. Thank gawd for the 800 line who was able to get me added. DJ is amazing and is very easy to work with. I enjoy working with DJ very much.
