Just got hung up on! Worse customer service of all the dental offices I've called today. I would give no starts if I could.All I needed was a cost estimate on a root canal. (Trying to get best price with my 2 insurance plans). They said I had to have an evaluation done before they can give me an estimate because they would need to know what teeth need root canals. Fair enough, but I already know that information. I explained I already had an evaluation done at Afdent and knew it would be teeth numbers 14 & 19. He insisted I had to be scheduled for an evaluation. When I asked how much they charge, he hung up on me.

Highly recommend aspen dental the doctor and staff have been great there taking care of me getting me my first set of dentures couldn't be more happier with the way the doctor is with me explained what he was going to do and what was best for me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need I am currently getting my top dentures and I will be going back in about 6 months and getting my bottom dentures thank you to the hole staff there sincerely Jeffery Kendall with big boy creations llc

It sure was an experience.First of all, I went in to get my tooth filled. I asked if they did walk ins and that I had an emergency because I chipped my tooth. They said they happened to have a spot open, and of course I said yes.Flash forward to about an hour later where I left the office told "we can't fill it today." If you couldn't fill it the same day after I expressly said I needed an emergency filling, why would you take me? Why would you waste my time (and money) getting x-rays and scans and then at the very end tell me you can't do anything the same day when that was the one thing I needed?
