I’m from up north 30 mins from Chicago when my Jeep started shaking and the check engine light came on , I was going to visit my grandpa and help him organize his house after my grandma just passed. I was stranded somewhere near Indy and called multiple dealership who had no interest in helping me. Or getting me in for weeks at a time. When I called sandman brother they offered to look at it but made no promises in fixing it. But they did I was able to get back on the road in 2 days. Words can’t tell how thankful I and my family are that you guys were able to help.

Service manager on down are crooked. mechanics are a joke they’re more your backyard mechanic when it’s methed up they get er down however they feel fit then you pay for what they break, it is what it is type of service

This dealership is selling parts on E-Bay and sending parts that don't fit. Then hiding behind a no refund policy. It's FRAUD! They didn't even send the part number that was purchased.

Sandman Brothers sells junk cars. Literal junk--as in unuseable after just two months.I bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta from them in December. Two months later, it has come to pass that the car needed a new engine. I either have to put $6000 into the car (almost as much as I paid for it) or just buy an entirely different car and make payments on a pile of scrap for the next five years. Stay away from these guys.

My daughter had her jeep in there every time it needed oil change and serviced . Learned today for last two years they had never changed oil filter . Now I question everything else they have done to it taking advantage of teenage drivers or everyone.
