Just had my vehicle repaired here from extensive damage. The personal service I received was top notch. They made the process smooth with the insurance company and were right on the marks on the deadlines they relayed to me which made the entire process hassle free. The workmanship was superb.

Ppl very nice. Do fantastic work on collision repairs. I've had 3 vehicles repaired there. They do such a good job when I went to trade them in the salesman looking the car over said you'd never know this vehicle had been in an accident. (This was at Hubler Ford) I said well it better be that good it was your collision center that repaired it. LOLThey really do excellent work. My son has also used them too many times, they did excellent work on his too.

I was not impressed. I went to get my window track & trim fixed, and broken glass removed for an insurance repair. There is still glass all over, and they didn't fix the trim. Doing part of a job isn't good enough, especially when insurance will cover the whole job. Wouldn't recommend.

When I initially called in I was fortunate enough to get the general manager, Dennis on the other end of the phone. I was honestly not very optimistic about the phone call because usually shops like this don’t just want to chat with some guy to answer questions. Dennis is clearly the exception to the rule. He was super helpful, offered great advice, and then at the end of the day when I realized I was going to have to turn to someone other than myself he gladly took it in and he’s going to work it into the schedule as soon as possible

When called to ask when the vehicle would be ready, the person answering the call gave a date for pickup. 2 days after the original date, no vehicle ready. Called again and they said it's gonna be another week now. Week passed, still not ready. Finally after a 3rd week, the vehicle was ready. If you don't ever want fast service or really like getting the run around as to when your vehicle is ready, then come here fast. Otherwise, if you are smart, go somewhere else!As for the actual repair work, the paint job was slightly different than the original color but otherwise was ok.

I see the photos on my "popular" review have been taken away. It's the review under "Christ bearer." I would post them again but apparently pictures that are bad for business get taken down. Just imagine tires that are getting near balled and you can pretty much have an idea of how bad they were. At around $32,000 per CRV, with roughly 500 views... I like to think Hubler ripping us off for the cost of two new tires, $100 for us paying them to align our rear end when there was not only a valid warranty and the gas to get it done has now cost them $16,000,000 in lost sales. Probably not but one just one lost sale was enough to warrant them not being so cheap they wouldn't dole out about $500 to fix our issue when it was under warranty PLUS a manufacturer defect (we found this out later, but the cheapos still wouldn't refund our loss). Apparently they suck at math too. Hope my reviews keep earning me great pleasure. Thanks for the "your review is popular!" updates Gmail. I love them.

Appointment was booked pretty far out but I'm sure they are short handed like everyone else. Once I dropped my vehicle off, they got it done pretty quick, about 3 to 4 days. The people were very nice and they seem to have done a great job. I'd go back.

After DOUBLE CHECKING their work they still missed 2 things. Buffing out a scratch and reinstalling an antenna. No attention paid to detail.

They may be a great place for insurance companies but definitely not friendly to individual wallets. Disliked business model but I cannot speak on their quality of work.

Took our new Honda in to have the rear repaired from a rear end wreck. They didn't even fix the damage. The dent and marks are still there. When I called the insurance company liable for paying, their reply was "that damage was not caused by the wreck." Now how could they know what damage was or was not caused by a wreck? The answer is simple. Hubler suggested that to them. It's a BRAND NEW CRV that had ZERO rear damage before my wife was rear ended by another car. We all know we can't rely on insurance companies to pay up when it's time but at the very least Hubler should have called us to tell us what was NOT getting fixed before they touched the vehicle. Now the only option we have is to pay a $500 deductible so our insurance can pay and go after Progressive for the remaining $ on damages.
