At first it took them over 5 days of having my truck at their shop to look at it for them to tell me i have a bad abs pump $800 and over a month later i get my truck back does good for a little over 30 days then has the same problem the abs pump they bought was bad and they cant warranty it so now i have to get another $800 abs pump so im out $1600 plus labor and more weeks of waiting for my truck. I dont recommend this place and im never taking my vehicles here again.

Paid MY car off then he put an over 800 mechanic lien on it! Then he ropoed it! Whatever he resold that car for minus what he made up on mechaniclein should have gave me remainder of monies ! Crooked dealer don’t buy from him!!!

We trusted Allen when we bought the car. Allen told us that the reason why it would jolt was because of a motor mount needed fixed and he would just weld it and it wasnt the problem. after over a month of them "looking" at it They changed the throttle guessing that was it, making us drive many miles to get the part ourselves, but that wasnt it, another couple weeks go by and we were told it was fixed but our vehicle didn't hesitate to do the jolting after we got on the highway.Today we get a call saying Allen and his "mechanic" don't know what's wrong and it's possible it is the transmission wich is too complicated for them to do and they recommened we get it looked at .Way beyond their expertise.... So Allen from big Al's auto sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission but lying to us by saying it was a motor mount. Shady dealer. DO NOT BUY FROM BIG ALS AUTO SALES. Lying thief. ?
