They should try using common courtesy towards their customers.
At their drive though. It doesn't take much to post a sign letting people know you're close since most the time you have the metal curtain down .

Have had multiple poor experiences with this pharmacy and pharmacist Gary Trauth. Have found him to be uncaring, arrogant and just plain rude. It is inconceivable to me how CVS runs and maintains their business with employees like this.
Never ever choose Seymour CVS as your "go to" pharmacy"....it's nor worth the problems and headaches.

Great pharmacy if you enjoy waiting 1+ weeks for your medication every. single. month! They also love to be extremely short and rude anytime you call for an update on the ordering status!

This is getting really tiring considering I have a set amount of medication that last up to the day before my pick up. Pharmacy is no longer opened 24/7 , as a sign now says 8am-8pm... yet it seems they now just make up whatever hours they please. At 630 I went to pick up my medication and again...CLOSED! This has happened one to many times. I've been in there and they've had 5 people working or more at a time, so clearly not short staffed. This is getting out of hand and those of us who need our medication are paying for it .

Dear pharmacist, dear pharmacy technician, dear CVS pharmacy employee,
What kind of medicines do you take? What are the names of them? What are they for? Would it be OK if I went in and asked you what kind of medicines you take? I’m assuming the answer is no, so why is it OK for you all to shout the names of the medication’s that you are filling or that is filled at the time where everybody can hear it? I understand sometimes there’s no way out of it but it can be discussed in a lower -more personal tone but times like when at the drive-through they literally shout that your “ “ medicine is ready, is ridiculous That is so personal. It must stop now. I am sick of everybody in that store knowing what kind of medicine I take, it’s none of anyone’s damn business just like it’s none of my damn business what kind of medicines you take. USE COMMON SENSE!

Why are the employees in the morning here ALWAYS assume theft is upon them at all times??? Like, they truly treat people like they don't understand why anybody could possibly be coming there unless they are stealing!VERY RUDE lady yelled very loudly as she walked to the back "Let me know when the police are here!"Oh, okay. So you don't like customers or anybody shopping in your store?ITS THE ONLY THING OPEN BESIDES A GIANT WALMART AT 6:30AM!!!SO GET OVER YOURSELF.

Pharmacy staff is usually rude. This time went to pick up prescriptions and was told one was ready and one they were still working on. Waited 20 min. The Hispanic girl at the pharmacy counter was more concerned about texting on Snapchat out in the open where I could clearly see her than my sick child apparently, because we got home we realized we only had 1 of our 2 prescriptions. So who knows what we were waiting around the store for 20 min for. Of course when I call back they’re closed for lunch. I’ve been disappointed here several times now and I’ll just be switching to Walmart or Walgreens because I’m over it.

How can CVS not have a 24 hour pharmacy anymore? People need their meds all hours of the night. What a joke, and to top it off the store is still 24 hours. Can develop a photo 24 hours but can't get a prescription filled. Kinda backwards

Absolutely horrible treatment by Ray Bennett the pharmacist and the staff working at the CVS Seymour IN. location. I called and spoke to Ray Bennett a few weeks ago to see if my medication would be in stock or give them enough time to order. His exact words were “IF WE’RE OUT OF STOCK,YOUR JUST SCREWED. THATS JUST THE WAY IT GOES!!” They have also made huge mistakes on the quantity of my medications (I believe on purpose )and also the refill amounts. They then tell me I have to call my doctor to have their mistakes fixed! Every month I have to check to make sure it’s in stock on a monthly basis. One tech will tell me they have none.An hour or two later they mysteriously have plenty in stock. I’ve been hung up on in the middle of my conversation 3 times in the last few weeks alone. Wait times to answer their phone is always 15-30 minutes or more. It’s been so bad with their treatment and mistakes, I’ve had to resort to always taping my conversations in order to disprove their lies. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to avoid all the stress and headache this pharmacy department will cause you!!

Nice , clean store. Can not get anyone to answer phone. Hours for Pharmacy say open 24 hours on website. How come my daughter was there a few minutes till 7 and they told her they were closed? This was on a Thursday evening?
