Haven’t been receiving mail correctly since I’ve moved here. Tried calling but they just tell me there’s nothing that they can do. Worst post office around!! I think it funny that my banking information is not being received which had checks in them. These people are frauds. It’s pretty obvious.

You stole my checks that were coming in the mail saying that they were delivered when they were not. I want to make it very clear you guys are NOT above the law. And your postman cashing my checks will be reported for fraud. I will down at your office tomorrow morning with the police. I have tried contacting you people and you haven't responded. I've lived in scottsburg for 4 months now and we just issued our 3rd complaint against this USPS office.
First, for refusing to deliver our packages because the driver didn't want to back out of our driveway, and second because our driver deliberately broke our mailbox door and they won't replace it because "we can't prove our driver broke it" as if we're supposed to have like 24/7 security on our mail box.
They are rude, and disrespectful, inconsiderate and lazy and most of all won't own up to their own mistakes. In my whole life, I've never had a worse post office than Scottsburg. Move to New Washington, their post office rocks

Had a craftsman compressor,nail gun air hose kit delivered last week. Completely EMPTY box that had been retaped! No contents inside box! She also left Amazon packages yesterday on porch in rain!! Two items were ruined!!

For some reason my package went to Scottsburg from Louisville instead of Sellersburg. Called the Scottsburg Post Office and ask them to hold my package there and I would come pick it up, instead of it going back to Louisville then to Sellersburg and having to wait 2-3 more days for it. CHRIS advised that there was a box of packages that came there wrong and he would NOT pull my package and hold it. Horrible customer service! Hate that he didn’t have 3 minutes to find a package! SMH

They haven't been delivering my mail correctly since August. It's January. I've spoken to many different employees and it wasn't fixed until almost 5 months later. I despise dealing with this post office. They never answer the phone and seem to lack communication. They also will not deliver my packages as I direct them to be delivered which was a large issue when I had major surgery and couldn't get things brought to my damn porch.Overall, horrible customer service and I wish no one had to use them.

The Scott County USPS is a joke. They don't deliver mail until 5 weeks after they get it and you get invitations to events that are already past because the invitation didn't get there until 4 weeks after the event!!! I live in Austin and I have gotten TWO letters for a person that lives in AVON not AUSTIN!?!?! their zip code doesn't even start with 47 it starts with 46!!! Hire some adequate employees or at least ones that know how to read and where we live! SCOTT COUNTY IS NOT AVON INDIANA!!!!!!
