Absolutely awful. The delivery from here is hands down grade "F" package was supposed to be here yesterday, didn't show, then today, didn't show, I mean talk about dropping the ball.

My mail carrier, Jon, rocks! He’s so friendly and personable. Ashea is also friendly and helpful and friendly. When my mail carrier goes on vacation, that’s another story. My packages go missing...9 in one week disappeared with his sub. It seems some of the postal workers are incompetent, but some do care about the customers and their packages.

Delivery lady is lazy AF and refuses to deliver packages to house but leaves them in a snow pile on a rainy day at end of driveway. Have had repeated conversations with her and it’s excuses after excuse why she can’t put by door.

Personally had a great experience each time going in. The employees were moving the line as quickly as humanly possible and they stayed consistent in attitude with each customer even though they were obviously very busy. Went in for a passport application and my appointment was honored even though it was busy. Thank you guys for your effort and thank you for getting my business tended to quickly. Visit took place on 12/14/23 at 12 noon.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My mail carrier took my fed ex package out of my mailbox and no one ever notified me. I thought it was stolen. Days later and after a police report I called the post office as a long shot. I was told they returned it to sender because it’s against “federal law” for fed ex to do that. The next day I get a call they have the package and want me to pay postage.

Lied to my face about my shipment. I called customer service they gave me completely different answers and were actually helpful. The supervisor at this location was defensive for no reason and blamed everything on me. I would give them no stars if possible.

The Saint John and dyer post office staff are rude. So I went to this location to get my passport, and everyone was so friendly from beginning to end. I got out in less than the 15 min appointment time. They were training someone and he did a good job! I am gonna always come here if I ever have to get something done at the post office

No mail pick up or delivery at my house January 3rd 2023? The postal holiday was the 2nd . I guess they just treat working this job like its an option sinces its union. Another business getting ran down.
