I want to give a shout-out to the staff. The sales person, Steven Bell made my purchase very easy and I am very happy with my Maytag laundry appliances. Your installer was first class! It was a difficult installation and he handled it with knowledge and expertise. Thank you, Eric! I am really glad I didn’t buy from a big box store.

We went there because they are a Speed Queen dealer and store had all the models to look at. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable about the product and the price was very fair,good people to do business with.,

Absolutely incredible...These Knuckleheads are the epitome of Ignorance...About a Year ago they Installed a Dishwasher in my Kitchen and the Plug came off in back and Flooded my Entire Kitchen...With Brand New Engineered Wood Floors they were Destroyed...So the Owners turned it into their Insurance and after $6,000 they were replaced...Nicest Guy's ever...So I thought...Then, I purchased a $4,000 Fridge about a year later and my Worst Nightmares come True...Yep...You got it...Woke up and my Floors were Flooded again...SERIOUSLY...They Hooked up the Water Line incorrectly and Leaked all night...So I Called the Son Maruszczak and He was Dumbfounded...So their Insurance Company comes out and Screwed me but good...They didn't see significant Damage...Ha...Once Wood Floors get Wet...THEY ARE DONE!!! So I had to turn it into my Insurance to be Replaced...The Floors were Ripped up Weeks later and Black Mold was under the Wood Panels...So these Shysters got away with it...I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF MY LAST NAME WAS MARUSZCZAK!!! Don't ever go to these Guys...True Scumbags...I will be going to Lowe's in the Future...Unbelievable

They fixed everything. Fridgaire was the worthless party.My 84 year mother bought this worthless fridge from Maruszcak (Schererville, IN), it was replaced by Action Appliance (Portage, IN) within 6 months due to bad controls and door. The "replacement" lasted 5 months. Action said "it was going to be replaced" again. Then Frigidaire changed their mind and arranged for A&E to replace the compressor. The compressor was to be sent to my mother. A&E never actually talked with her. The compressor was never sent, only a rubber footing part. After days of multiple attempts to find out what's going on A&E emailed that they didn't get the compressor either. They are scheduled to be here Thursday, yet with no compressor. This has been a 3 week plus torture on my "84" year mother. 3 ice chests daily filled, lost food and mainly fast food. FRIGIDAIRE IS A BAD COMPANY! MARUSZCZAK WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, JUST TOOK THE MONEY.

The store is nice the people lack basic customer skills. Acted like they were better than us. It was an easy deal too we need a refrigerator and are ready to buy but workers wouldn’t even look up or say hi so we walked around and walked out.

We went in to look at a refrigerator. Walked in. No one greeted us. There was office staff in the middle of the store. They didn't even look up. The guy behind the counter did not come out. We went to him. Not a good vibe. He acted like were bothering him. We asked questions and left. The store is impressive but customer service sucks. Won't back.

I try to support a mom and Pop business but they don't take care of their customers. When you go in to look they couldn't be nicer. But when there's an issue forget it they won't help you at all. I just bought all new appliances from them. Brand-new refrigerator not working. I've literally had it for six weeks and they're telling me I cannot exchange it. When I talked to the manager he said to me "nothing in life is perfect." How unprofessional! What a horrible way to business. I want them to pick up everything I just bought and I'll go buy it at a big box store.
