My Wife and I are absolutely speechless!! Dean's knocked it out of the park!! They built us a patio of our dreams as well as amazing landscaping. I have to give so much credit to the individuals who brought this to life. We have received so many compliments from our neighbors already. You guys are AMAZING!! I give them my highest recommendation.

What a fantastic experience we had with Dean and his team! We wanted to freshen up the rock beds, the tree circles and enlarge the boarder in the backyard. Dean came by to estimate the project and gave some great suggestions. He is absolutely the nicest guy.
The estimate came back quickly and his office staff Andrea contacted us regarding contracts and payment. Everything was so efficient and the ladies were super friendly and helpful. We had a rain day and I was texted early about the delay.
Dean made some great suggestions, one especially important about our storm drain area, to help protect it from debris falling inside. His project manager Dominic came by and mapped out the cut lines and Brian his team chief was with us to make sure we were all on the same page at the start of the project.
They sent a team of 3 plus Brian and they all worked hard. It’s a large lot and it took a lot of rock and mulch to make it really look spectacular. The guys a great job to protect our grass, honestly you could barely tell they had gone over it and they made many trips.
Dominic came back both days of the project and reviewed the progress and worked with us on a last minute change. They were receptive and accommodating! I had a question about a material and called the office, Katherine heard my concern and got an immediate answer and everything continued as planned.
The crew guys were pleasant, cooperative, respectful and hard working. The best compliment I can give them is that the changes look beautiful but also natural. It’s as if this is how it should have always been!

Don't call Dean's unless you have money to burn. The Highest Cost for Landscaping Services in Lake County. We contacted 6 different companies for quotes in the area to do our backyard. Dean's sent out a young lady who looked everything over (as did other companies). Dean's quote was by far the highest (yes I compared apples to apples). There is no real artistry involved in revamping an existing yard with some top soil, sod, gravel and mulch replacement, so I can only equate the huge price differences to profiteering. Dean's does have a good reputation for doing good work so I'm sure they are very busy and now pick their clients based on how much they can make off of them rather than by the worth of the actual job. It's the old supply and demand theory at play. Dean's is busy so if you want them you are going to pay A LOT MORE. The 6 quotes ranged from $3800 to $31,604. I don't mind paying for services but this is out of line.
Be sure to read their reply to my honest review. I’m somehow harboring “I’ll will” I don’t know these people nor anyone who works there. Anyone who wants to see the truth for themselves is welcome to. All the quotes I gathered were sent to me via email after each companies visit and inspection for their formal quotes. Happy to forward to anyone who cares to look. Absolutely huge differences in prices. Dean’s was in fact 2-3 times higher than everyone and I can prove it. “ill will”? Dean’s, shame on you.
