I've called and left messages with contact information and filled out a inquiry on the website for service for my projector numerous times over the last 2 months and still never received a call or an email back...poor customer service.

I went there to get a repair,for my Mac. They didn't do a thing,but charge me to check it out. Couldn't figure what was wrong with it. I mentioned it could be the battery, and put a new operating system . Had to go to apple and it was the battery,and they put in the new operating system in. I don't recommend going here for any apple, they seem like they don't know enough to work on them.

Do not overpay these people for mediocre services. They burnt up an M.2 SSD on my client's PC by incorrectly installing the heat sync causing poor contact. That's $300 in the crapper all because you wanted to rush through a build and get paid. Furthermore, who aims a GPU fan at the case glass? How are you dissipating any heat that way? These guys build for aesthetics and not practicality. I encourage people to learn to build their own PC rather than have these schmoes slap one together for you.

Took my computer in for what I thought was a simple screen repair in early august. He told me it would be about a week and I could come pick it up. Fast forward a month and half later, today I picked it up and the screen is fixed but there are still problems with the computer that he couldn’t fix. My computer is not even a year old and is a mac book air. He never updated me and called me about any of the issues he encountered with my computer, or to let me know he had Covid and was going to be out of office for a week. I thought it was very unprofessional. Also, on top of it all, he lost my computer case which I now have to buy again on top of the $500+ I just spent there. I would’ve rather paid more somewhere else for a fast and quality fix.

I have brought multiple broken projectors here and they have always repaired them for a fair price and in a timely manner. The guys working the counter are always very understanding and kind.

Took my laptop to them a few days ago and I'm impressed. Corrupted hard drive. They replaced it with a high quality new solid state drive and some needed updating. Laptop's now running better than new! And the price was very reasonable. Forget about the retail box stores and give these folks a try. I highly recommend this computer store!!!

I had to pick up an obscure part and they had it in stock and cheaper than on Amazon! I would recommend this store to anybody to go to before any big box retailer or online retailer.

Went in.. and like so many other places, they are of the opinion that for gamming they say you have to spend thousand bucks or close to it, to get a graphics card that will run new games. Just like all the rest of the places that a fact. Spend the money. So they are just greedy or dont know about gamming computers. What ever is their problem they are totally wrong. I finally found a place that knows what is going on with these cards. They were very very knowledgeable and told me the truth. I now have a brand new gamming computer for less than the price they would charge for just for the graphics card. And guess what. It runs all the new games just fine. I would not give these people a dime of my money

After purchasing a fraudulent computer helpdesk support system, my computer was constantly running slow, shutting down, not holding a charge and I couldn't open or send various excel or Microsoft spreadsheet's. The men at Computer Bay fixed my computer and it is now working excellently!

I bought my Lenovo computer at Computer Bay from Paul. About four months later, it crashed. Since it was under warranty, it was sent to Lenovo for repair. When I got it back, I had to download my files from Carbonite. The next day Clinton worked remotely to reinstall my printer, software, and reorganize my recovered files. These folks are reliable and take care of those of us who are not as computer savvy. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!
