These guys are FANTASTIC!
I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in Avon IN earlier this year. I immediately had problems and took it to a local dealership for repair. That dealership told me they don’t accept after market warranties. Mount Motors was the only shop in town who said they would.
From the first call, Mark was an advocate for everything I needed, calling the warranty company repeatedly on my behalf for multiple issues, keeping me updated, and apologizing for delays caused by the warranty company.
He and his team got almost everything covered for me and even bid a competitive brake replacement when I asked. I could not be more pleased with their service.
I had my car back in the shop for new issues this week and worked with Monte this time. Both men are super friendly and easy to talk with. They explained what my car needed in a way I understood and were always kind. I appreciate them so much!

Never cared much for car dealerships until I met Israel at Mount Motors. These people are as genuine as it gets! Super-nice and as honest as can be! This guy even works in the ship himself (rare these days!) Not only were they easy to work with, but I got a great deal. Will definitely be a return customer!!! Thank You, Mount Motors!

Highly recommend this family owned and operated business. Traveled there from Louisville to check out a pre owned Ford F150. Despite having over 100K miles it appeared to be in very good condition and had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Isreal and his staff answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with, and the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely return in the future.

Stopped by Mount Motors and looked at Tahoe that caught my eye. Love my Tahoe's!!! Stopped by when they were open and talked to Israel about it test drove and bought it that day. It's been well taken care of like he said. Israel and Katrina were easy to work with doing the transaction. Will definitely go back.

I was wanting a specific model of car and both Katrina and Isreal were very helpful in finding exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased. They checked my car out completely prior to giving it to me to make sure all is well. They have also been helpful in coordinating repairs on my granddaughters car. I appreciate how helpful and freindly everyone one was.

Isreal provided me with the best car purchasing experience I have ever had, hands down. When he noticed me in the lot looking under the car with my flashlight, he not offered to put it up on a lift to help me get a better view, but also gave me his insights on anything I may have missed too. Was extremely understanding and courteous the entire time, always my first recommendation.
