I was seated, not busy, most of waitresses were behind the prep area yakking it up. Table next to me was a lady who had a menu and glass of water. Waitresses kept walking by my table and the one next to me never stopping to see if we needed anything like taking our orders. I never even got a glass of water. Now if they were short staff I would get it but plenty of staff and would have been over staffed if they came out in dining room. The lady at table next to me got up and left. After 10 minutes and no interaction from anyone I stopped a waitress and ask if someone come take my order. I waited another 5 minutes and no one came. 15 minutes of my life waisted on BE. Never again, I drove out of my way to specifically get the Turkey and Dressing. I found a very nice Reaturant just done the road and was very pleased. I left with never talking to anyone, don't stop here.

We got there and we asked for a booth but we got a table even though there were many booths available. We then waited for about 15 minutes to be asked for our drinks we me and my mother asked for sweet teas. My mom then got her sweet tea, and it was very very sweet. I got mine and mine was somewhat bitter and not sweet at all. When we asked for a new one it took a white but it wasn't bad. We then ordered and we waited for a exact hour and we asked when and they said it will be ready soon but we still left and proceeded to go to Pancake house which was amazing.

Not sure what's going on, but breakfast was not good today. I've been coming here for years, but lately, it's been a hit or miss. Nothing tasted good, much smaller porions that resembled kid portions, doughy pancakes missing sausage, etc. When the manager came over, she really didn't seem apologetic. She did offer to bring new food. Why would I want more of the same? I just told her no, plus we didn't feel like having to wait. We weren't looking for anything free, just to point out the terrible food. Won't be coming back for breakfast. At least our server was friendly and nice.

We had a party of 13! It took forever to be seated and that should of been our first sign to leave. When we were finally seated, all of our orders came out incorrectly and most of all the food was ice cold. Look at these fries!!!!!!

If your not in a rush you will be okay. Service is extremely extremely slow. Staff seems very busy but nothing happens. 20 minutes to get a refill on coffee. Food comes and there gone again. Waited for anyone to tell we needed boxes. 10 minutes. Need the check. 10 minutes she asked if we wanted a bag. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes. Oh.... Still waiting on that coffee refill.

Bob Evans is, well Bob Evans. Like any chain, you know what to expect when you walk in. Decent to good food and decent service. There is always some confusion when being seated, don't know why. Somehow we end up with the same server every visit, which is great because she knows what she is doing. Pancakes are good--hard to mess up, and the pot roast hash is good too. Salads are usually surprisingly good and fresh. The staff can be rushed during peak times, so give them a break, being understaffed is rough.

The everything breakfast was good and hot. Sausage gravy was cold and had a huge lump of something? Meatloaf maybe? It wasn’t sausage. Our waitress wasn’t very attentive and we couldn’t see her. Only two other tables with people at them. When she finally came over I told her about the lump and all she said was, “its probably coagulation.” *gag* She picked it up and walked off. No sorry, want more, nothing. She came back and filled our coffee and water. I see something in my water and hold it up and see particles. She comes over and asks “something in your water? Yes, there are things floating in it. Her reply was “it’s probably coffee grounds.” *gag* Few minutes later she walks by and sets the check down and says, Here ya go.” She did take something off the bill. We appreciate that. But! She said not one word! The bad sausage gravy and floaters in the water are not near as bad as the basically non verbal waitress. When I told her about the gravy, had she said something like, “oh, im sorry about that. Can I replace it for you?” Would have made a world of difference. Probably very likely I wouldn’t have written this review. Are cooks supposed to wear bead covers?

Ordered biscuits and gravy this morning and it was just nasty... Not sure what happened to there white gravy but we got some nasty brown gravy that tasted terrible ??

I must say, when we originally walked in, it was a bit of a turn off standing at the Host podium for 5 mins with no one greeting us. We had just come off a 12 hours travel and were starving. When we finally did get sat, we waited another 5-10 mins and could also hear the servers asking each other who was gonna take us. It wasn't in a mean way but more like we were sitting in a section that had no server? who knows. Anyway- we got Ali and we thought she was wonderful. Very pleasant and efficient when things finally got rolling. We honestly didn't wait that long for our food to come out so I thought everything was premade and just sitting, but everything was hot. I'm not huge on Chain restaurants and this one is more like a Ihop/Denny's so I wasn't expecting much but the quality of their food was great and everything tasted wonderful, especially the French Toast. You already gotta be understanding when it comes to the Service Industry, they're more than likely short staffed or some things may be out bc of production. Would love to stop by again on the next trip up.

Walk in and the waitress starts arguing about who is going to take us. Stand there for 10 mins and then told it would be a wait... the place had 8 tables in it and four servers!!!!! Maybe hire people with talent ? Customer service skills? Able to take more then a table ... pathetic!! I hope to see this chain fall in this pandemic... every time is like this dang near.

Visited with my elderly parents. I must say, the service and food were both top notch. The reason I left off a star in my review is because the tile portion of the floor was so greasy, it was absolutely dangerous to walk on. I was extremely concerned as my elderly mother had to walk across it. This is a safety concern that should not be tolerated by management. Hoping this is not a common occurrence.

we are from out of town and always wanted to eat at bob evens our waitress Alison was outstanding she did amazing job she was the only waitress and she cleaned the tables she did everything there the food is so delicious we had pot roast and chicken fried chicken and chicken tenders and stake and wow amazing delicious food we loved it thank you Bob evens and thank you to our waitress Alison.
