So far we're off to a great start with RTC. Couldn't ask for better customer service or quality of internet connection. I'm so happy to switch from my old service with Century Link/Brightspeed, which was unreliable with zero customer service and should be ashamed of themselves for robbing my elderly parents.

RTC is a great company. Their daily service is great and offered at an affordable price. I've never experienced any company with better customer service. The employees we deal with are always helpful and understanding. Love this company.

From the first inquiry phone call to the day the in-home installer arrived it has been the most pleasant experience. You speak to a live person who is very knowledgeable. Everyone along the process seemed to really enjoy their job and were upbeat & enthusiastic at all times. That's something that seems to be a rarity in today's marketplace. Besides the people, the internet service is fantastic. Have had the service for a month now and it has been awesome. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great company to do business with.

After a year of having RTC's fiber service, I thought I would take the time to write a review. I cannot imagine why anyone would not immediately sign-up for their internet, but just in case there is someone on-the-fence about switching over from another carrier, all I can say it "do it now." I switched as soon as I found out it was available for my business and could not be happier about it! Great, friendly people to work with. Super fast internet. Half the price of what I was paying with my cable provider. Oh, and not to mention there hasn't been the occasional service disruption that I used to get either!
