Very unprofessional. Delivery Drivers didn't know how to unload a refrigerator. They showed up in a rental Enterprise box truck. I was supposed to be able to inspect the shipping box that the refrigerator came in to see if there was any damage to the shipping box. They just dropped it off and left quickly. Box was damaged and so was the refrigerator. Called XPO customer service and they didn't do anything. Not happy with them at all

This company was supposed to deliver and install an item I ordered. On the 12th of the month. They now showed. Then they are supposed to come the 15th. They do but say they don't do installs and someone would call. Of course no one did. Called myself and got the install setup for the 21st. They no showed. Called and was told it was scheduled for the 26th. Then the next day I received a text that I needed to schedule my install. Called and apparently the appointment on the 26th magically vanished and set it up for the 28th. They called an said they would be there in 20 minutes on that day. Two hours later I called to see what was happening and they said they had an issue on the route and they would call me. Never received a call. Called the next day and now the install is setup for the 8th. I am sure they will screw that up also. Sent a complaint to them and the person responded with "We apologize for the inconvenience, but the appointment is now setup for the 8th" That is apparently the best they have to say. I will avoid this company like the plaque in the future. One of the worst I have ever dealt with and they really put out an attitude that they do not care at all.

This company hit my dad's vehicle and injured my dad and now they are playing games with the insurance information.. I will write on every social media site and BBB...Until I receive justice for my dad.... Horrible customer service reps

I worked here for 12 years. Bought out by XPO Logistics. Not the same company for sure. Had to move on.
