My stepdad had a truck brought in for a lost key... instead of making a new one ($127) they removed the tumbler and went from there.($520) They took advantage because he had a stroke.

Second time in for maintenance. I have been impressed both times. I was there a little prior to my appointment and the were ready and took my F150 in right away. Curtious and professional!

Horrible service. I took my 2012 Ford Escape in told them I needed a new fly wheel as we had just put a new starter on and it was still grinding sometimes. They claimed the fly wheel had a few marks but not enough to cause the issues so they would need to start with a new Ford starter $ 458.00 And then retest. I said no. I took it back to my mechanic she took starter off and of course the fly wheel teeth are chewed up and about gone on a big part. Oh and my extended warranty people said no also. Stear clear of Wetzel in Richmond Indiana. I would give them negative star if I could

While traveling my 2014 F150 broke down so I had it towed to Wetzel and left the keys in the night drop box. First thing the following morning I called and explained what the issue was while telling the service tech I was from out of town and was now strained there so that if we could do his best to look at it sooner that later, it would really help me out. His response was no problem and an hour later called me with a diagnosis (needed a new throttle body) and estimate to fix. By noon of that same day I was up and running and back on my way..... it's too bad my two local ford dealers (Hines Park & Bright Ford) weren't as good as Wetzel Ford! You guys rock!!!

Tried to do business with them on a couple of occasions - couldn't get the numbers right. Tried to get them in the ball park on a lease deal I was getting in Cincy on a new Malibu, gave them written details from the dealer so they knew I wasn't trying to scam them - told me they would run the numbers and get with me. Never even called back. Tried again when I leased a new F150, told them I would rather deal local but when I told them the deal, again they said they would call me back but never heard from them. Had body work done there once, good work and timely, but to buy or lease, shop around 0 better deals in Cincy or Indy.

Well was really disappointed with them took my pick up truck over to trade on a 2015 Lincoln mkz since we have two trucks figured would get rid one the one that I owed a little on they gave me a trade in price only to come back 30 minuets later changing it to a lower price by 1700.00 less than originally. Kinda poor business practice I think.
