Greg was the perfect sslesman..no high pressure at all! The recliner I bought had an issue, and Brandon, the store manager, replaced it! Perfect customer service!! Highly recommend!!

This is the fifth or sixth time we've shopped here over the years. Greg was absolutely fantastic. We loved that he left us so we could just shop around and find what fit best for us. He was very informative and friendly. We will continue giving them our business.

After considering a number of options to replace our console twin recliner, and doing some research online, we decided to check out RFG as a benchmark. Glad we did! Just to have the selection in one spot to see, feel, and compare, we ended our search there and then. Happy with selection, price, and the way Jay left us to make our own decision along the way.

Salesman was excellent and the price is right. Problem is that all sales are final and every piece of furniture in there is deflective or has some issue with it, which is the reason you are getting it for such a great price.

Great experience dealing with the fine folks at Richmond Furniture Gallery. Any issues and concerns were taken care of by the staff and the delivery guys were very personable and respectful of our home. They were extremely helpful removing our old couch and taking it outside for us since we were not able. We love our new furniture and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Normally don't leave reviews, but I felt they went above and beyond and deserved the 5 star reviews. Will be back in the future when we need more furniture! Thanks for everything!

My Wife and I were in search of new Recliners. We shopped on line and two stores prior. I'd like to note that Bulerdick's advertised a 4th of July Sale and yet was Closed on the 4th. ( If your going to have an Independence Day Sale...be Open) The Richmond Furniture Gallery was Open to a reasonable time that very important day. Salesman was extremely helpful and moved chairs around for us. We left with the purchase of our two chairs and a new sofa as well. The delivery was scheduled and the gentleman that brought our furniture were punctual and an hour early. We were very pleased with our sale and service here.

Maybe good prices but that’s as far as the customer friendlyness goes. I couldn’t get any help after my purchase of over $ 700. I have done business with them for years but it just might come to an end. We do have Bullerdicks and Big lots in town.

The worst place to buy furniture! They do not stand behind anything that they sell. Just ask them and they will tell you. The material on the couch I purchased there disintegrated and they didnt even say sorry about that. Very rude customer service! Go somewhere else! It will save you money!Your reply is not true! I called yesterday and the lady I spoke with said you do not stand behind anything that you sell. So either you or your customer service is not telling the truth!
