Went here two days ago roaches crawling on the floor the place reeks of urine and there was trash everywhere. The cashier was super rude and demanded that I quit complaining about the quality of the food. I will never go here again for any amount of money, I got lice from the food and all 7 kids contracted lice. The food was appalling and served on the floor. Would put zero stars if possible.

Really enjoy working with the staff at the Jacy House. All of the staff are very good at their jobs and making everyone feel comfortable.The new facility is great. If you don't know what they do I encourage you to stop in and check it out.

The JACY House staff are knowledgeable, impactful, and kind. Their practices are developmentally appropriate and are focused on educating, supporting, and hearing children during times when they need help the most. The JACY House is a valuable resource and I appreciate all that the staff does in our community.

Wonderful place. The ladies who work here are so loving and kind. Plus, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in any areas of concern. They also follow up with you just to see how you are doing. It is very obvious that this isn't a clock in/clock out job to them...but a job that they do BC they truly care and want to help foster the healing process in people.

This place was clean and had lots of toys for children. The staff overall was not the best, they seemed rude and not concerned about the childrens well being, I only found one person that actually cared about what was going on instead of worrying about who they was going to upset during the process.
