I cannot say enough about how much I love the customer service at Reese. Martin has repeatedly gone above and beyond for us (contractors) and our clients. If I need something last second, and it’s not in Plainfield, he calls Jimmy in Broadripple, and it’s ready to go. Or, if we have a job going soon, he is quick to move things to get them our way. The entire sales staff is so helpful- all of them. The warehouse guys are always friendly. Reese isn’t just a place to buy supplies. It’s also a place that I can turn to when a product question comes up, or I’m debating between solutions for a client’s problem. Martin isn’t just a sales guy behind a counter, but a real resource for me. It’s nice that Reese hires knowledgeable people/trains their employees in this way. It sets them apart from some other suppliers.

INITIALLY I WENT TO RE-ROOF MY SCREENED IN PORCH. THIS TIME WITH REAL SHINGLES, PAPER, ETC.I WANTED THE PORCH TO HAVE THE EXACT SAME ROOF AS THE HOUSE WHICH I PUT ON LAST YEAR. I TOOK A SAMPLE OF MY ROOF, THEY MATCHED IT UP, & I LEFT WITH A DOZEN BUNDLES. WHEN I STARTED TO LAY IT OUT IT WAS VERY VERY CLOSE TO MY ROOF. BUT NOT THE SAME. I WENT BACK TO TELL THEM ABOUT IT & EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF BOTH. THE MGR. SAID HE WAS GLAD FOR THE PICTURES OF THEM BECAUSE HE CAN NOW TELL EXACTLY WHAT I HAD. THEY UNLOADED ALL THE WRONG BUNDLES & LOADED THE RIGHT ONES. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 4:30 & CLOSING TIME. I APOLOGIZED TO WORKERS FOR KEEPING THEM. THEY SAID OH NO, WERE SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE. THEY WERE GLAD WE FOUND THE RIGHT ROOF, & SMILED & THANKED ME FOR MY BUSINESS. I HAVE SINCE RETURNED 2 TIMES FOR ADDITIONAL BUNDLES. (I CAN'T CALCULATE ROOFING WELL).I WISH MORE BUSINESSES WERE LIKE THIS PLACE. TOO BAD MY ROOF ONLY NEEDS REPLACED EVERY 20+ YEARS. I WOULD USE THEM EVERY TIME.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
