This particular location had a used PS5 digital version marked at $469, which is more than it costs new... They had a normal Nintendo switch marked at $369 and it was mislabeled as an OLED version... It was clearly not. They are selling these used consoles at more than their new market value. Saw several used games with outrageous prices as well. I love GameStop so much that I didn't want to put this review... But those prices are out of touch with the market.

Store hours aren't reflected properly. Got there at 7:20 only to see the store was closed at 7:00 with an employee sitting in a chair with the lights off. Please change store hours. I wouldn't have wasted the trip.

There are 3 games stopsI’ve called around me and not one will answer the phone. Trash! Game stop stores are 100% overpriced trash cans.

Came in because I had recently bought a switch and just wanted to browse and ask some questions. The staff was quick to answer questions and inform of new titles, accessories, etc. overall was a quick and pleasant experience. Haven't been to GameStop since I graduated college so brought back good memories.

They never anwer the phone and when you go there they just let the phone ring great customer service?!?!

I purchased call of duty mw2 brand new and got home opened it to find a movie in the case. Was told to call customer service because there is nothing they can do because I didn’t open a brand new game in the store. Didn’t know I had to open a brand new game at the store but will definitely be reaching out to their corporate office because just like they took my money I excepted what I paid for or for them to atleast make it right and that definitely didn’t happen.

Had a package delivered by fedex and driver had put package inside my house when i was not home and my dogs had destroyed $100 worth of games. Came into this place and told them what had happened and had replaced my games. I was very surprised and glad that they did that. Definitely will keep buying from them. Not happy with fedex by any means.

I went to this GameStop to return my unopened copy of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit for the Nintendo Switch because it was cheaper in the Nintendo eShop. The cashier started asking for my personal info like phone number and email to do the return without telling me it would be used to sign me up for GameStop's marketing emails.What an absolute terrible company and employee. If you return anything to GameStop and they ask for your info, THEY DON'T NEED IT, no matter what the cashier says to do the return.GameStop as a company resents you as a customer if you make a single return, and for revenge for having the audacity to simply want to return a game, they will spam you with marketing emails.I'll never be stepping foot in this store again due to its shady employees, nor will I ever purchase from GameStop again.
