Forget it folks ? there a “ will not “ cold storage unit . Will not load early. Will not give services to the driver. Will not care about YOU or YOURS . Late fees run as high as $245 dollars . Will not take check, cash, credit, runs through lumper service but They will not touch a single package.BAD MOJO FLOKS ?

So far is good got here at 11:00 pm and parked well couldn’t find and parking on the truck stops and my appointment is for 10:00 am. Will update in the morning. Update: ok they gave me a door right away but had to wait like 30 minutes for the unloader to let me know that I may brake a seal . Unloading takes between 2 to 4 hours. I think they deserve +6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and they have overnight parking and the other reason is they really on time with their appointments.

My experience here was amazing. I was able to park overnight the night before my appt and then checked in 6hrs early. Was immediately given a door was finished loading under 2hrs.

Overnight Parking, you can check in early it doesn’t mean they will give you a door any early than your appointment time. They will call you when they have a door for you. Took them an hour to load me.

Pickup Appointment time 12pmReached 1:30pmPaid $150 late fee. (Whats the point of fee if driver has to wait for 8 to 10hrs to get loaded)Got door at 10pmOut at 11pmBeen here before, even if you are on time they still take 3 to 4 hours to load you. Be prepared, bring enough food and water.1 star for overnight parking.

Total of 15 docks, about 4 work at any time, while about 10 truck wait right across.Well, that's not the worst it can happen to you: they tolerate 20min being late of your appt time. After that there is $150 FEE! But that fee won't just get you the dock. You're paying to be WORKED IN which will take 8-12h until you get outta there.However, they don't tell you that info until they get their $150!So, if you're late for appt you better leave and don't waste your day and $150.

Had a 3 pm appointment showed up 10 am still waiting at 7 30 pm still not loaded. Drop off was at 9 pm 2 hours away will not make appointment because americold doesn't care about its customers or truckdrivers. .
