“I have dropped off a lot of packages here on numerous occasions in the last month. I have had no unpleasant experiences that some others have mentioned. In fact, it was a fast in and out. I come with prepaid labels and items already packaged. It doesn't appear that they are where you will want to go if you need something wrapped and shipped. ( Go to the UPS Store).
It's a convenient parking lot with a short walk to a sliding door that automatically opens for you.
Note that the customer service entrance is off of Hively. If you're headed west on Hively, it's an entrance to your right-hand side BEFORE the round about.
Go straight in, hang a slight right into the farthest row for parking.
There is an opening in the gate to walk across to the building, maybe 3-4 car spaces to the right of the incoming center lane. Spots for customer parking are up front in the first row facing fence, so there is no need to park in the back of lot.”

“This morning I had a new GE range delivered and installed by this business. A polite, professional three man crew arrived, as promised, on a date that worked well for me. They gave a 30 minute call before they arrived and were prompt. My old stove was removed first. They carefully got the old stove out and the new one worked into a small space. This crew was very polite and professional. I appreciate a job well done.”

“This is now the only ups drop off site I go to. I have always dealt with amber! She is extremely knowledgeable about what I need to get the best experience with shipping and printing. This site is a bit out of my way but the customers service she has given me everytime I go in is worth the drive.”
