“I had been unhappily with a big-name VOIP provider for years but just was a little hesitant about making a change. I'm not sure what I was worried about now. The assistance I received to transfer my existing service was nearly effortless. The fact that I now have a team standing by to help me make any changes I need to my system is priceless. With the old provider, I used to wait sometimes hours to get help to make simple changes to my phone system only to find the changes they guided me to made things worse. Ugh!!! Now I just make a call and they take care of it for me. I no longer need to be a computer programmer to get my phone to do what I need it to do. If you are on the fence like I was, there is no reason to be. Give IEC a call and let them work their magic.”

So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.”

“Average Convenience Store. Fairly Clean. Employees are generally Friendly (during the morning and daytime) however customer service goes down during the evening and overnight shift. There are several homeless that visit this location but please don't be mean!! Especially during the winter months; all they want is to feel a little warmth, compassion, and maybe the taste of a hot cup of coffee!!!***Remember there but the grace of God go I!!”
“We went to buy 3 new phones today.. The salesperson we had " Rudy" was VERY knowledgeable and helpful!! I would recommend going to the location in Elkhart on South Main Street, expecially if you aren't sure what kind of phone you want/ need.”
“Lots of interesting items and we got lots of goodies but be very careful about what you pick up. A lot of the food, personal items, and cleansers are all expired (coffee expired 11-2022 and it's 6-2023). And nearly all the nail polishes and serums were open and used. Otherwise, we did buy some fun stuff here.”
“Brian is my most favorite Apple employee. Him and the crew always take great care of me. The last visit I was there for over 3 hours. I felt terrible that it was taking so long but we were able to download everything off my computer and we were able to set up the hard drive so that would be compatible for my other computers and then they successfully wiped my computer so that I could donate it. I love purchasing my products in the store as well so they always take great care of me and answer all the questions.
