Very average apartment. We had some maintenance requests involving broken windows from when we first moved in and they were never addressed or fixed. Neighbors did not pick up after animals when being relived out side. Fridge had to be replaced the first week we moved in because of horrific smell. Would not be my first choice to sign lease, only option at the time. Breezeway always seemed to be dirty and smell of smoke. Not terrible overall experience but definitely no where near great.

Well I know it was under different management but we were fined 25 dollars for leaving a bag of craft supplies out for a friend of ours to use for her school kids. Also having a sticker placed on our car recently for having a low tire. My wife just drive it the day before and picked up a nail that caused her tire to loose air. It's not like it had sat out there for days with a flat tire and was not drivable. Also we have asked for lighting in the back so we can feel safe walking down the sidewalk.

They will deny you housing for a years old misdemeanor. They are dirty, ugly and outdated…office staff is rude and disrespectful.

I have to say Jordan was super accommodating and helpful! There's was a mix up with my apartment to were I got a second instead of a first floor. I have a dog with hip problems and this was a big issue for me. Jordan really went above and beyond to fix the problem and got me a first floor apartment. Thanks again Jordan!!

I lived at Northlake Village Apartments for over 8 years. It was a great experience. The current management company has been excellent in getting maintenance issues handled timely, and the office staff is always polite and helpful!

This is our 3rd and last summer of living here. Every summer the pool has not been very well maintained. Green Algae growing on sides of wall and floor of deep end. It is closed more often then not. They constantly send out emails about following pool rules but they can't even keep up their end of it by keeping it clean and open. Outside light lamp poles most don't work. Hallway is filled with dead bugs in summer time. They clean occasionally but not consistently. Since I've lived here I mop my hard wood floors weekly and my barefeet still get black from them. When we moved in hall bathroom had black mold in toilet bowl. I can't get it clean. Toilet needs to be replaced but they won't do it. Took me a year to get a screen for bedroom window. In our office /storage area there was white foamy stuff coming up between the floor cracks. Tub and shower was painted over and then slowly comes off. Looks dirty even when cleaned. When I talked to corporate office about pool she had a poor excuse fir everything. Considering she used to be the office manager here when we first moved and didn't do any better job of taking care of place I knew nothing would become of it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. Only reason we did is because they had availability and most other places had a waiting list. Now I know why there is availability here so easily!
